Hello 7th graders!
Don't forget we have a test on Chapter 7 on Tuesday! I'll tell you what's going to be on it, you'll study your notes, you'll do well, and we'll all be happy.
So, I gave a couple of worksheets last week, one about Primary/Secondary Sources and one about Facts and Opinions. Here's a copy of the fact and opinion worksheet, as well as the PowerPoint we went over i class, in case you need it. The primary source worksheet comes with the answers, so if you want another one of those you'll have to ask me for it.

We're going to start Chapter 8 as soon as we finish the test for Chapter 7, and we'll also start a Timeline Assignment. I'll post the rubric here later this week.
Lastly, we're going to talk about our Q3 project this week. You'll need a partner, so think about who you want to partner with. For topics, you'll pick something in American/New Mexican History in the time range from about 1600 to about 1900. If you have something you feel strongly about, we can talk about it.
