So, here's the plans for the week!
Monday - We're going to talk about Coronado! This is the last explorer in Chapter four, and it's an interesting story. At the end of our discussion we'll talk a little bit about what i want to see on the Chapter exam at the end of the week. I'll make an "Explorers" assignment, and I'll want to see it completed on Thursday. Basically, it's just a summary of the "Who, what, when, where, and why" points for each explorer we talked about this chapter. It should be something that helps you study for the test.
Tuesday - Remember, your Cortes paper is due today! Be sure to have it at the beginning of class. We'll overview the chapter, and I'll line out what I want you to know for the exam. If we have some extra time at the end of class, you can work on your "Explorers" study sheet.
Wednesday - Review game today! It's be fun. :)
Thursday - Chapter Four Exam! See, the chapter four exam is pretty long. It's totally an essay test, and there's a lot of writing needed to complete it. So, we'll start the test today, and finish it on Friday.
Friday - We'll finish our exam, and if we finish early we'll talk a little bit about Halloween. :)
Hey 7th graders, you want some extra credit? Here's how to get a homework pass! The first student in each class who, after the tardy bell rings, stands up and recites the Greek Alphabet, will get a homework pass. Don't worry it doesn't have to be from memory. :) Remember, first come first serve!
