So, this week we are working on writing a persuasive paper. Each student picked a topic they wanted to write about and will write a 5-paragraph paper defending their position. Today (Thursday 1/7/16) the students had time in class to finish their Outline and start their rough daft. Neither the Outline or the rough draft need to be typed, although they certainly could be. The rough draft is due tomorrow, and the final is due next Tuesday. The final DOES have to be typed.
It's important to have the rough draft ready to go tomorrow, because we'll do some peer editing in class. No rough draft, nothing to edit. Nothing to edit, no credit for the activity.
